We represent you with new home builders to make sure you are protected. Building a
new home can be stressful. You need a professional on your side.
Builders do not raise their prices to cover our fee nor will any reputable builder
lower their price by 3% because you don't have a REALTOR.
Our extensive knowledge of resale homes can help you determine a "good buy".

RENTAL PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT:
We specialize in managing mid to high-end single-family homes and duplexes.
Our goal is to get the best tenant for the property, some one who will take care of it.
We don’t encourage high turnover just so we can collect more fees. Rental property can be the most profitable and easiest investment you can own if done properly. We charge a flat rate of 10% of the monthly rent. Well worth the personal attention you property will get. We use specialized contractors and not just handy men to maintain a property.
